The New Year issue of the Farmers Club Journal – now arriving with members – provides a profile of Herefordshire farmer and rural entrepreneur Nick Helme, the Club’s Chairman for 2019.

Further articles report on a growing sense of unease around Defra’s lack of food and farm policy at the Oxford Farming Conference, an insightful look into property development, on-farm preparations for Brexit, Lord Trees’ views on farming given at the Club’s House of Lords Luncheon, a golf update and the Ladies Luncheon with antiques expert Kate Bliss.
