Summer is coming and with it Chef has launched the Club’s new seasonal menus, with an extended range of dishes available in the Restaurant, Lounge, Bar and on the Terrace (click here for the Restaurant Summer Menu), hot food available on Saturdays from 2-4:30pm, and an updated Function Room Menu.
Amongst a host of delicious new dishes available for lunch or dinner why not try the Bacon-Wrapped Monkfish and Clam Stew, or Inverawe Smoked Salmon with Courgette, Grapefruit and Tomato, or Wafer-thin Longhorn Beef Loin with Winchester Cheese Shavings and Wild Rocket.
Head Chef Paul Hogben’s menus celebrate all the very best of British food, for members to enjoy with their guests at the Club, as the days lengthen and temperatures start to rise.
The menu also champions firm Club favourites including Scotch Egg, Scampi and Chips and Angus Beef Burger. New dessert additions include Yorkshire Curd Tart, or Iced Chestnut Cream with Chocolate Leaves and Pistachio Thin?
The exceptional quality and consistency of food coming from the Kitchen has been very well received by members, such that the Restaurant is now regularly fully booked for both lunch and dinner. You are strongly advised to book a table if you anticipate eating at the Club.
The new seasonal Function Menus offer a range of options to suit the occasion, whatever the time of day, from Cocktail Bites to Fork Buffets and Working Lunches, to full sit-down Lunch and Dinner options (click here for Function Room menu).
* Don’t forget our special Saturday Afternoon Tea service – served between 2pm and 4.30pm in the Lounge and Shaw Room. Places are bookable in advance and subject to availability. The price is £15 per person or £20 per person including a glass of Champagne.
