The elegant Function rooms at the Club have been beautifully refurbished to the highest standards and have first-class catering to match.
So whether it's for a business or a private function, and whether you want a stand-up or sit-down meal, you'll find the Club willing to do its utmost to meet members' requirements. A drinks party for 80 people or a dinner party for up to 45 can be accommodated. Special events such as weddings and anniversary parties can be held at weekends. Members may choose, for themselves and their guests, anything from a finger buffet to a sit-down banquet and will find the Club Chef and his staff only too happy to oblige.
The Club has four main meetings rooms, two of which can be combined to make one large conference room capable of seating up to 70 in theatre style or 40 in board room style.
All are decorated to the highest standard and a range of audio visual equipment - overhead or slide projectors and screen, VHS video and monitor, flipcharts and pens, display boards, and microphone sound equipment - is available for hire.
Eastwood Room
Overlooking the Thames, and with access to its own terrace with river views, this elegant room can seat up to 50 people in complete comfort or hold up to 80 for a stand-up drinks party.

Cumber Room
The Cumber Room is ideal for members who want a more intimate setting for the smaller lunch or dinner party, seating up to 16 people or capable of holding a maximum of 30 for a drinks party.

Committee Room
The Committee Room is the largest of The Farmers Club meeting rooms, capable of seating up to 26 people in board room style or 40 in theatre style rows. Alternatively, the Committee Room can be combined with the adjoining Hudson Room by opening the partition between the two, to give board room seating for 40 or theatre seating for up to 70.

Hudson Room
The Hudson Room is the second largest of The Farmers Club meeting rooms, capable of seating up to 18 people in board room style or 36 in theatre style rows. Alternatively, it can be combined with the adjoining Committee Room by opening the partition between the two, to give board room seating for 40 or theatre seating for up to 70.

The Forty Room is capable of seating up to 14 people in board room style and is, consequently, suitable for the smaller, less formal meeting.

The Muddiman Suite is the smallest as well as the newest of The Farmers Club meeting rooms, capable of seating up to 8 people in board room style. It is, consequently, ideal for the less formal meeting of only a few people.
